Covid-19 virus and site inspections
Throughout the pandemic our surveyors have worked hard to maintain a comprehensive inspection service for our clients. We are able to carry out site inspections in person but do ask that the following points are noted:
- No visits will be carried out to a property where people are isolating of have symptoms of Covid-19
- Our staff will continue to use face masks and sanitise their hands.
Physical site visits
Where we do carry out a physical site visit we want to make sure that we are taking every precaution to ensure we all stay safe. Our surveyors will continue to follow the established guidance around social distancing, including not shaking hands and maintaining a distance of two metres from you. We ask that you help us stay safe by ensuring that you have read the questions below and that your answers to each one is NO.
Alternative to physical site visits
We recognise that you may not want to allow our surveyors to visit, for example if you are clinically vulnerable. We are happy to provide virtual inspections, please request this when booking your inspection.
This is a fast-moving situation and inspections may need to be postponed or cancelled at short notice. Your understanding is much appreciated.
