How to Apply

If you wish to make an application to building control the simplest and quickest way to do this is to use our online customer portal

The first time you log into the portal you will be asked to create an account by adding your contact details and a password. Our system will then remember your contact details so in future when you create applications there will be no need to add these again. Creating an application should take no longer than a few minutes including adding any attachments. You can pay the fee online or choose another option such as asking us to call your client for payment and you will be provided with an instant receipt.

The customer portal will allow you to work flexibly and track progress/comment on any new applications you have submitted to us at any time of day (or night). Any requests for further information will be notified electronically to you and will be saved in your area of the portal for you to respond to.
