CPD Training

We run free "Lunch & Learns" (CPD training sessions) from Dorking, Oxted and Reigate council offices. Aimed at local agents, architects, engineers and contractors, they cover the latest techniques and innovations within the building industry, as well as changes to the building regulations. CPD certificates are issued following each session by the presenter.

Informal and friendly, Lunch & Learns start at 12.30pm and last about an hour. A buffet lunch follows when attendees can network and chat to the presenter and our own team of surveyors. Details of our current programme are given below:

If you would like to join us at our next Lunch & Learn session or be added to our regular CPD email invitation list, please contact Sue Daly at

Control of Roofspace Condenstation

Christine Leadbeater will be joining us again for another of her excellent presentations. With the requirement for improved air tightness the risk of potentially harmful condensation forming increases if not properly controlled and added to this is the confusion about breathable underlays. Christine will show you how to control and avoid excessive and harmful condensation from building up within a roof structure by providing passive airflow from the outside and by limiting air flow from within the living spaces.
