How to Make an Application
The quickest and simplest way to submit your application is via our online customer portal. The process takes no more than a few minutes and you can add any plans and calculations and make an online payment. You will receive an instant receipt for your application and payment and you will then be able to monitor progress online at any time and from any mobile device.
In our drive towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly working practices we aim to work on the majority of the applications we receive electronically. Plans will be checked and stored in this way and we will liaise with you or your agent/builder electronically too. Our team is always available at the end of the phone during office hours, should you wish to contact us.
